The plastic case of this game arcade is produced with a medium-sized injection molding machine. The raw material used is ABS plastic. Because this material has excellent impact strength, protects the internal components inside the game machine, and has good stability and wear resistance, the casing will not be easily damaged.
First, we must order the raw materials, and then install the mold of the game machine casing onto the injection molding machine for debugging. If there is no problem after debugging, the color is selected according to the international color number. The previous steps are determined and will begin to come to the plastic injection.
Pour the prepared ABS material into the injection molding machine for high temperature melting. After 2-3 hours, the model of the casing is fixed, the indicator light of the injection molding machine will light up. At this time, the good casing can be taken off the machine. The temperature of the removed shell is very high, so it must be cooled by cold water to better fix the shape of the case. After cooling, cut and smooth the trim around the casing to ensure the smoothness of the casing. Finally, the good case is sent to the QC inspection, and after inspection, it will be sent to the production department for assembly.
PCBA board: First, send the purchased motherboard to the SMT department, attach some small electronic materials to the PCB board through the placement machine, and fix them by reflow oven.Then the game machine’s brain CPU through solid crystal machine fixin Next, enter the function of the game console through the binding machine. Then use the test rack to test the board’s game function. If there are defective products, they will be picked out for repair. Finally, the CPU is sealed with black glue and placed in the oven for high temperature fixing. The internal assembly: First, the workshop worker plugs the plug-in into the PCBA, the plug is then hardened and fixed in a furnace at temperatures up to 260°-300°.Then go to the cutting area to cut off the leftover material of the plug-in, and polish the PCBA through the automatic tin stove. After that, the horn and the positive and negative aluminum sheets of the battery, the main board and the sub board connected by the FPC cable are welded. Finally, perform a PCBA function and button test.
The external assembly: Firstly, add a layer of PVC lens to the display to protect the display，and assemble the buttons and other parts into the case. Then close the lid and screw it. The next step is to install the battery to test the machine, and then stick the sticker on it after the test is correct. Finally, there is a 100% inspection in production. During the production, the quality department will check the already produced game machine according to the requirements of the customer and the requirements of our factory. If there are any problems, they will be reported to the production department immediately to reduce the errors. After all the machines produced have no problems, the game console will be sent to the packaging department for packaging.
First, the game machine assembled in the production department is sent to the packaging department. The workers will check the appearance of the game machine before putting it into the blister box. The blister box is made of PVC material, which can hold the weight of the game machine very well. Then put the manual and the environmental card into the box, and finally pack and seal it. The final sealing and warehousing is carried out after all the steps have been confirmed.
